Revendreth probably isn’t eligible for Amazon Prime deliveries, but that won’t stop you from dropping some shipments during the Aid From Above world quest in World of Warcraft: Shadowlands. The game’s dated engine doesn’t accommodate for physics very well when it comes to boxes moving through the air, so we’ll explain how to hit the bullseye with each of your packages.
When the game gives you the quest, you’ll see a Darkwing Legionnaire near your location, standing on a stone platform. They will provide you with your transportation during the delivery run. While in the air, you’ll see blue circles underneath you; these are your targets. Position your camera with the mouse to see directly below the Legionnaire, and when you sit directly over a circle, press 1, or click on the action icon. In most games, the forward momentum would mean you have to compensate for the trajectory of the package, but we’re playing an MMO that was released in 2004.
If you’re in a hurry to get this quest done and move on to other things, you can exploit any connection hiccups in Blizzard’s servers. When you’re passing a blue circle, hammer on the 1 key or the action icon, and if your timing is good, you’ll end up dropping at least two packages. You’ll get credit for anything that lands inside the circle, and you might be able to finish Aid From Above in less than half the usual time.
