Recent rumors have pointed out that the Shadows Die Twice teaser from Japanese developer From Software is indeed an anticipation of a Bloodborne 2 PlayStation 4 exclusive project coming at some time.

Anyway, a new rush of speculations coming from ResetEra user Omnipotent is claiming that these rumors are not true and that the game is indeed something completely different and more importantly coming on PC and Xbox One, alongside a PS4 version.

Shadows Die Twice Is Not Bloodborne 2

From what we know, From Software is working on several projects, including a new game in the mecha Armored Core series and something for PlayStation VR. On top of that, the ResetEra user claims there is something more in the making but this is not currently featuring Bloodborne 2.

Based on the fact that the Shadows Die Twice teaser was showcased last December at The Game Awards 2017 event, it’s clear that the game is anticipated for a further showcase and a proper reveal at the upcoming E3.

We’ll see whether this speculation comes true, although we know that many among our readers would rather see a new Bloodborne game in the making rather than a “simple” reprisal of an older IP or something totally different.
