Destiny 2: Forsaken got a brand new trailer during Sony’s E3 press conference tonight, showing off the game’s storyline details ahead of its Sept. 4 release.

The large-scale expansion was previously revealed during a livestream and Bungie ViDoc last week, teasing some of the content and quality of life changes coming in a big September update. The E3 trailer gave everyone their first taste of what to expect from the DLC’s story campaign.

The short trailer drops a number of storyline bombshells, the first of which being Cayde-6 is not looking too hot. Cayde is hurt, and hurt bad. But who hurt him? Well, that’s the second bombshell.

Stepping out from behind a number of angry-looking Fallen is Prince Uldren, the brother of Queen Mara Sov. He was last seen in a cutscene in Destiny 1 and presumed dead, but a number of in-game lore moments teased his return. He’s back, and he looks like a bad guy.

Will Cayde-6 die? Why did Uldren go evil? Has he always been evil? These questions and more will be answered when Destiny 2: Forsaken releases on Sept. 4 for PS4, PC, and Xbox One.
