These loadout options will be big difference makers.

Your loadout is your main source of attack in any Call of Duty game, with your primary weapon and perks getting a large amount of the spotlight. That being said, your equipment selection can be just as important. Using these items in proper situations can get you easy kills and keep you alive in tense situations. Here are all of the equipment items you can choose from in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

Anti-Armor Rounds

Gives your weapon ammo that deals extra damage to vehicles, body armor, and cover.

Battle Rage

Gives you a quick rush of quick health regeneration, constant tactical sprint refresh, and resistance to Tactical Equipment.

DDoS

The DDoS is an EMP device that shuts down vehicles and equipment that you see on this list. Anyone driving a vehicle that is DDoS’d will need to restart it before they can continue moving.

Dead Silence

Temporarily makes your footsteps silent, but can be refreshed by getting kills.

Deployable Cover

Small, portable walls of cover you can place in the open.

Inflatable Decoy

The Inflatable Decoy is a package that you throw out and deploy when an enemy comes by. It takes the appearance of a crouching soldier to draw fire from the enemy team. Being just a decoy, it has no offensive potential and will break quickly. Take this time to find cover or flank your attacking opponents.

Loadout Drop

Calls in a crate that allows teammates to change their loadout one time per use.

Munitions Box

Deploys a box of ammo for yourself and teammates.

Portable Radar

Places down a radar that will reveal enemies that are in a close proximity to you.

Recon Drone

Drone that can be manually controlled or set to auto. Pings enemies for teammates to see.

Smoke Airdrop

Calls in a drone to lay down a wall of smoke in an area.

Emits a soundwave that distorts enemy vision and slows them down.

Tactical Camera

The Tactical Camera can be placed on surfaces and accessed via a tablet so you can watch certain areas of the map. Multiple cameras can be placed and switched between. Whoever is looking at the footage can ping enemies for teammates.

Tactical Insertion

Puts a flare down that decides where you will spawn next after dying.

Trophy System

Little machinery that automatically destroys incoming projectiles and equipment.

Block that sticks to surfaces and can be detonated remotely.

Claymore

Proximity-based mine that is lethal when enemies step in front of it.

Frag Grenade

Traditional cookable fragmentation grenade.

Molotov Cocktail

Creates a quick blaze of fire to burn anyone caught in the blast.

Proximity Mine

Mine that launches into the air and explodes when triggered.

Sticky Grenade

Timed grenade that sticks to surfaces.

Thermite

Sticky grenade that explodes with incendiary force.

Throwing Knife

Knife that can take enemies down in one hit and is retrievable.

Decoy Grenade

Throwable grenade that simulates gunfire in an attempt to confuse enemies.

Flash Grenade

Throwable grenade that blinds and deafens enemies in its blast range.

Heartbeat Sensor

The Heartbeat Sensor has returned. This is a tablet device that you hold in front of you to find enemies sitting behind corners. The radar will blink dots that show where they are in relation to you.

An electrical device that can harm enemies, destroy devices, and shut down vehicles. It has a bigger effect when in the water.

Smoke Grenade

Throwable grenade that puts out smoke that blankets anyone inside.

Snapshot Grenade

Throwable grenade that momentarily reveals enemies close to its explosion.

Spotter Scope

Scope that allows you to ping enemies. Especially useful for pointing out enemies to friendly snipers.

Stim

Immediately begins health regeneration when used. Forces you to use weapons one handed when in use.

Stun Grenade

Throwable grenade that momentarily slows enemy movement and aiming.

Perk Package

Extra perks that you can unlock and apply to yourself by getting kills, assists, and objective points.
