Microsoft’s more than ready for the holidays, based on the games that are available with December’s Xbox Live Games With Gold.

Xbox’s Director of Programming Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb provided an update on what’s to come over the next few weeks in the program. And it looks to be a solid month, with entries in the Jurassic World, Toy Story, and Castlevania franchises.

Xbox Live Games With Gold

Let’s run down what will be available in the program for the month:

Dec. 1-31: Insane Robots (Xbox One)

First up is Playniac’s Insane Robots, a unique card battle game. In it, robots will battle to the “death” in intense one-on-one duels. You’ll work to guide a riotous robot rebellion through randomly generated survival arenas, in the hopes of overthrowing a malevolent robot despot. With 15+ hours in single player action, Insane Robots should be a favorite among card battlers.

Dec. 16-Jan. 15- Jurassic World: Evolution (Xbox One)

The park lives once again. Frontier Development’s engaging sim allows players to build their own Jurassic World from scratch, bioengineering dinosaurs that react in their own special ways. Create a world around them, but watch out for threats like breakouts, tropical storms and even espionage. Oh, and did we mention the game features the smooth narration of Jeff Goldblum? That’s alone makes it worth the download.

Dec. 1-15: Toy Story 3 (Xbox 360/Xbox One)

Before there was Disney Infinity, there was Avalanche Software’s Toy Story 3, which features two games in one. Travel with Woody, Buzz and the gang through a single player campaign, as you attempt to survive the danger of…day care? Hey, it’s not easy, folks. Then take part in the Toy Box mode, where you can build worlds to your heart’s content and unlock new items.

Dec. 16-31: Castlevania: Lords of Shadow — Mirror of Fate (Xbox 360/Xbox One)

Considering that Castlevania: Lords of Shadow was offered on Xbox Live Games With Gold not too long ago, Mirror of Fate makes for quite the follow-up. Join the Belmont family through a gorgeously designed side-scrolling adventure, as they once again take up their battle with Dracula. Discover great new weapons, solve puzzles, and take down ghoulish enemies in this fun entry in the series.

Also, don’t forget you can still download the strategy game The Final Station through Dec. 15 as well, as part of the Xbox One line-up.
