How to get the Armco Ammunition Construction Appliance plans in Fallout 76

It's gonna take a while.
This article is over 4 years old and may contain outdated information

Fallout 76 is filled with a lot of things to kill, but ammunition can be quite scarce. The Armco Ammunition Construction Appliance is of great interest to players for this very reason. If you are going to be making a lot of ammo, then having some machine automatically makes it for you is a major advantage.

If you are wondering how to get the Armco Ammunition Construction Appliance, then the news may not be good, as you get it as a reward from reaching maximum reputation with the Raiders.

You will need to head for The Crater, the new headquarters that the Raiders have built at the old spaceship crash site.

After that comes the long process of building up a reputation with the Raiders. You will need to make it all the way to get the rank of Ally to get access to the Armco Ammunition Construction Appliance.

To gain rank, and reputation, with the Raiders, you will need to help them against the Settlers, pick positive dialogue options when speaking with them, and complete quests and daily mission for the various NPCs in the faction. Make sure you do not kill any Raiders, or this will reduce your reputation with them.

To get your hands on the appliance, you need to commit to the Raider lifestyle, and we haven’t been able to spend enough time with the game yet to predict how long it will take you to max out your reputation with them. Just focus on getting through the main story to the point where you need to pick a side between the Raiders or the Settlers, and from there, it should become a pretty steady process.

The good news is that the item is gotten from actually playing the game, as there was some concern among players that it would be available from the Atomic Shop.
