The top Hearthstone Rastakhan Warrior decks for December 2018 are here, and there’s three different powerful archetypes for Standard play.
Throughout the history of Hearthstone, Warrior has gone through a number of changes. It’s a naturally defensive class as the hero power allows you to gain two armor, but there’s a lot of aggressive cards that get attributed to the class quite often. In Rastakhan’s Rumble, the dragon archetype has been thrust upon Warrior, and it’s actually pretty good. Here are three of the top Hearthstone Rastakhan Warrior decks for Standard play in December 2018.

This deck doesn’t just utilize dragons; it’s also got Baku, the Mooneater to make it an odd deck. Each turn you can armor up for +4, without missing out on too many key cards. The new Rastakhan cards here are Smolderthorn Lancer which is a solid Execute replacement, Dragonmaw Scorcher, Emberscale Drake and Crowd Roaster. You want to gain then keep board control with your removal cards, all while outlasting your opponent with the extra armor gain.

Mecha’Thun is a very inconsistent win condition because it requires you to have drawn your entire deck and also have no cards in your hand. This deck from Lowseek looks to utilize Mecha’Thun to its maximum potential by including a lot of defensive cards and board clears. There’s also a fair few mechs to synergize with Dr. Boom, Mad Genius like Eternium Rover, Dyn-o-matic, Zilliax, and of course, Mecha’Thun. Malygos is also included to ensure you can use your 0-cost Inner Rage cards to destroy your Mecha’Thun at the end of the game.

Rush Warrior has been a popular archetype since The Boomsday Project, and Rastakhan’s Rumble gave it three more vital cards: Spirit of the Rhino, Amani War Bear, and Akali, the Rhino. Combined with the number of other fantastic Rush cards like Militia Commander, Rabid Worgen, Zilliax, and Darius Crowley, this is an aggro deck that can’t go face right away. Mulligan for Prince Keleseth to get it down early then constantly challenge for the board and make optimal trades before you have enough room to go face.
