The best FR 5.56 loadout in Call of Duty: Warzone

The FR 5.56 Famas received a noticeable buff for season 5 of Call of Duty: Warzone. It now has an increased effective damage range, making it a better medium-range rifle. To get the most of this advantage, you want to compliment your rifle with the best attachments to take out targets further away.

Because of its increased range of damage, you want to focus on attachments that keep its recoil down, put a decent scope on it, have a suppressor, and control its aiming stability.

The monolithic suppressor is your best choice for your weapon’s muzzle, but you unlock at weapon level 62. In its place, the tactical suppressor works fine. You want to avoid using the lightweight suppressor because it lowers the FR 5.56’s damage range.
