How to skip the intro in Horizon Zero Dawn PC

Skip the long cutscene and jump into the game.

Horizon Zero Dawn has arrived for the PC giving those who never had the chance to play it on the PlayStation 4. While it might be a game from early 2017, it’s a game many are familiar with, and players may want to skip past the first part of the game to get to the meat of it.

You won’t have to do too much. During the introduction of the game, all you have to do is hit ALT and F4 at the same time. You should receive a pop-up that asks if you want to quit. Select no, and it will take you straight to the menu, and then you’re free to play the game.

When you jump into the game, don’t be surprised by a handful of performance issues. Plenty of players have been sharing problems with texture issues, their hair glitching out, crashes, frame rate problems. Plenty of players are waiting until hotfixes come in to help correct them, but some players have had minor issues regarding this. You can try messing around with your settings to fix it, but at least you know how to skip the long cutscene.
