PUBG Mobile has released the New Era 1.0 update globally, which has added Erangel 2.0, Payload 2.0, Infection Mode along with a bunch of other features. The update requires approximately 1GB of free storage in iOS devices, while no extra storage will be needed in Android devices. The players can update the game to its latest version via Google Playstore, but if the update is not available for you on the app store, you can download it via APK and OBB files.

Install PUBG Mobile 1.0 via APK and OBB Files

The size of the APK file of PUBG Mobile 1.0 version is 57MB, and that of OBB is 1.8GB, so before starting your installation process, make sure that you have enough space on your device to download and install it and then follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Download the APK and OBB files of PUBG Mobile 1.0 update and locate the downloaded files in your device.
  2. Click on the APK file and tap on the Install button to start the installation process. If you haven’t enabled the installation of apps from unknown sources, then do it by navigating to settings > safety and privacy > Install apps from Unknown Sources.
  3. After the APK file is installed, move the OBB file to Android > OBB > com.tencent.ig.
