How to do the Monopoly Challenge in BitLife

A new weekend challenge in BitLife.
This article is over 4 years old and may contain outdated information

It’s that time of the week again in BitLife for the newest challenge to arrive. You have four days in total to complete when it first launches, and you must complete all of the requirements before time runs out. This week’s challenge is called the Monopoly Challenge, and there are six requirements you need to meet.

Here’s what you need to do to finish the challenge.

  • Start a first generation life
  • Own 1 palace
  • 2 Castles
  • 3 haunted houses
  • 5 log cabins
  • 10 townhouses

The Monopoly challenge is all about having you own a variety of different homes. Because of how many different types of homes you need to own, it helps to have a massive income available to you.

The first thing you need to do is make sure you do this on a character who is not from another generation you played — they must be a brand new character. To make it easier for those playing on iPhones, you can roll until you have a royal character, and then have an obscene amount of money to start your game. Android users will have to become an actor, someone famous, or pursue a different high-paying career.

Each of the locations is something you can purchase in the assets tab icon. You may need to check up on the available assets each year to purchase every choice on the tab. Roll through the available options to try and find it. One of the houses has a good chance of being haunted for you, but it’s a random chance. You should see the available options on the list, and you can hit each one when you the money for them.

The castles and palaces are only available in certain locations. You may have to move around to different places in the world to purchase them, such as the United Kingdom to purchase a palace, or going to Scotland to buy a castle. Refresh the assets page every few years to expand your search and increase your chances of finding one of them on the market. The hardest part is having enough money to purchase them, so you want to maintain a stable, high-paying job throughout your character’s life.
