Take-Two’s newest WWE-themed game, WWE 2K Battlegrounds, has been officially released worldwide for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, Nintendo Switch, and Google Stadia. With all of those platforms that have access to WWE 2K Battlegrounds, you might wonder whether you can play against others who have different consoles? The answer to that question is yes, but you might have to change something first.
WWE 2K Battlegrounds does, in fact, support crossplay across different consoles. Both the Microsoft and Steam stores indicated before the launch that both Xbox and PC players should be able to square off against one another in the ring. Crossplay has also been confirmed for those who will be playing on the Google Stadia platform.
However, it’s important to note that crossplay must be enabled in the settings first. To do this, press Y/Triangle/X (Xbox. PlayStation, and Switch, respectively) to go to the Option screen. At the top of this screen, you should see a Crossplay setting. To enable crossplay, set this setting to Yes. To turn it off, set the Crossplay setting to No.
