Tony Hawk is back in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2. The game is a massive throwback to the late 90s and early 2000’s era of skating games. You have to traverse various skate courses to find numerous secrets and unlock levels by completing enough challenges to advance. The game is a fun way for new and returning players to test their skills. For those looking to modify the language settings to make reading the subtitles and menu choices easier, you might be disappointed.
It doesn’t look like there’s any way for players to modify the game’s language settings directly in the game. When you open up the settings menu, the numerous choices allow you to adjust your controls, video options, graphics, and display. But none of these give you the choice to change the displayed language.
There is a way to work around this. We’ve confirmed it works for the PC version of the game. What you have to do is change the direct language connected to your Epic Games Store account, and when you do, the game’s language settings modify for it. This should also fit for the other console versions, so if you’re playing it on an Xbox One, change your Xbox Box Live settings, and the same goes for the PlayStation Store network. Once you make the change on your account, restart the game, and they should work.
It’s unfortunate you have to go a bit more detail into what you need to do, but at least there’s a viable solution available.
