Your time with robotic companions will eventually have to come to an end in World of Warcraft: Shadowlands. The Pride or Unit storyline in Bastion culminates in a quest with the same name, and you have to make a hard decision. How you choose will determine a new adventurer to accompany your journey if you are part of the Kyrians, but it may also hint at things to come in future updates for Shadowlands.
When you accept the Pride or Unit quest, you’ll need to speak to both Pelodis and Nemea, hearing each of their arguments. You’ll have to decide for yourself whether you prefer the cyborg felines, the Phalynx, or the Larions, who can soar through the air. When you have made your decision, choose the appropriate dialogue option, and turn in the final portion of the quest. Go with your heart on this one.
Your reward for this quest is still something of a mystery. If you’re part of the Kyrian Covenant, you can use the Larion or Phalynx as one of your companions on the mission table. Other than that, however, there is no immediate result from your choice. Popular speculation right now is that a future Shadowlands update could result in a mount, and in this case, the Larion would be the obvious choice, given the possibility of flying in Shadowlands coming later.
