How to find Brutosaur auction vendors in World of Warcraft: Shadowlands

You could also sell this mount for the real-world cost of a PS5.

The auction house is a never-ending economic life form in World of Warcraft. People have built entire WoW careers out of flipping things on the market, and the tradition continues in Shadowlands. Sometimes, you might not feel like hoofing it back to a major city to access the auction house, and there’s one option you can use for that.

The Brutosaur is a special kind of mount. Sure, it’s a dinosaur, but it’s also the only portable vendor that can access the auction house. You can purchase it for the price of… wait… 5 million gold?!

Thankfully, you don’t have to do this yourself. On a given day, WoW players who have slaved away and somehow acquired this mount through legitimate or other means will set up shop and let you use their Brutosaur. Rather than run all over the place, you can adjust your minimap filters to find them. Access your Tracking option in the minimap settings, and hover over Townsfolk. Check the box next to Auctioneer, and you can now see deployed Brutosaur mounts on your map.

If you prefer to purchase your own Brutosaur (now also available on the auction house black market, in a bit of irony), all we can say is good luck, and maybe pack a sandwich or 30, because you’ll be stockpiling gold until the next expansion releases.
