Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury pre-orders are finally live. The game was officially announced during the Super Mario Bros. 35th Anniversary Nintendo Direct on September 3 and brings new online multiplayer functionality and what appears to be a new add-on for the game, but we have no details for it yet. If you are looking to grab the new version of the popular Wii U game, read on below for all the details.

When does Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury release?

As of this writing, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury is set to release February 21, 2021. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, there is always the chance that the game could be delayed for various reasons, but this is the initial release date Nintendo has provided us with.

Where and how can I pre-order?

If you want Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury digitally, the game can be pre-ordered on the Nintendo Switch eShop. You can currently find it under Featured, Upcoming, or just outright search for the title. The Nintendo Switch recently received updated eShop terms when it comes to pre-orders, so you will not be charged for the game until we get closer to release. You can cancel your pre-order before you pay at any time. If you want to pre-order the game digitally through the Nintendo official website, all you need to do is sign in with your account.
