How to save your game in Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy

Don't lose your progress.

Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy is a dense game, with a lot to do. You will want to make sure that you do not lose any of your progress as you play through the game’s expansive story.

The good news is that is 2021, and like almost every other game, Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy has an auto-save feature. As long as you don’t turn off your system while this is saving, your data should be fine. It does only have a single autosave slot, however. If you want to create some extra save at different points of the game, you can also manually save the game.

In your atelier at the Captial, you will find a small table beside your Synthesis Cauldron. Interacting with this table will allow you to access your Diary. From here, you can save or load your game as you see fit.

If you select Save you will have the option to create a new save file, or save over an existing save file. All the files will be numbered and will be dated and time-stamped so you will know exactly when they were created. If you select Load, you can pick from either your manual save files or the autosave file.
