How to turn off genitals in Cyberpunk 2077

No accidental slips.

While nothing is more hilarious than computer-generated genitalia, this doesn’t mean you want to run the risk of playing Cyberpunk 2077 with the option turned on. While there are all sorts of dong options in the game, if you would prefer to simply go with the traditional underwear option you can do that too.

You can turn off genitals in the game at any point, but when you are creating your character you can also choose to not have it turned on. If you have started a game and wish to turn it off for any reason, how to do it is quite simple.

  • Open the Settings
  • Select the Gameplay tab
  • Scroll to the bottom where it says Miscellaneous
  • Set the Nudity Censor to On

Having the nudity censor on means that every character’s model in the game will default to the freakish smoothness that we all know and love in our video games. Having it set to off means you might catch an eyeful at some point.

You can change this option at any time, in case you have family over, are allowing a younger sibling to play the game for a while, or some other social circumstances mean you don’t want to risk it.

It should be noted, the game has also been bugging out a little and people’s assets have been poking through their clothes, so don’t assume that just because your character model is fully dressed that nobody will get to see your little V.

And that’s it, now you know to turn the genitals off in Cyberpunk 2077 by taking advantage of the Nudity Censor option.
