How to unlock every NFL item during Rocket League’s NFL Super Bowl LV Celebration

Super Bowl LV comes to Rocket League via a new game mode and NFL-themed items. The new game mode, Gridiron, brings American football to Rocket League. Completing challenges in Gridiron unlocks NFL themed items. This guide will walk you through how to unlock every NFL item during Rocket League’s NFL Super Bowl LV Celebration.

Event Challenges

Every Rocket League event brings unique Event Challenges for players to complete. Completing the Super Bowl LV Challenges unlocks Very Rare Decals, Wheels, and Titles. The first three challenges are available right now.

• Play 5 matches in the Gridiron game mode during the Super Bowl Celebration Event. – Title: Gridiron Guru
• Win 3 matches in the Gridiron game mode during the Super Bowl Celebration Event – NFL wheels
• Win 10 online matches (Repeatable) – 20k XP

New challenges will be added throughout the week, so be sure to check back daily to unlock every item. Or, you can always wait until the final day of the event, the 8th, and complete them all in one go.

Gridiron

Gridiron is where you’ll be spending most of your time in Rocket League this week if you want to unlock every NFL item. Gridiron is a 4v4 mode where players battle over a football rather than a soccer ball. Not only is the football shaped differently than a soccer ball, but it also interacts uniquely with your car. When you come into contact with the football, it will attach itself to the roof of your car. If you score with the ball attached, you get seven points. If you score by launching the ball through the air, you get three points. Gridiron takes some getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, you’ll forget you were grinding for items in the first place.

NFL Fan Pack

The NFL fan pack is a decal pack for the Octane that can be purchased with Credits. It costs 800 Credits and comes with a decal of every team in the NFL. This is a must-buy for NFL fans, as this pack won’t be tradable after the event.
