In Genshin Impact, to unlock the Enkanomiya subregion in Inazuma, you first have to complete a few quests. One of the most important ones to get there is the world quest The Still Water’s Flow, in which you have to find two Key Sigils that will help you activate the altars to access Enkanomiya. It can be a little bit confusing where to find those Key Sigils, but with the help of this guide, you will be able to find them and complete The Still Water’s Flow quest in Genshin Impact.

How to find the Key Sigils for The Still Water’s Flow quest
While there are five total sigils, three of them have already been activated, which leaves only two of them for you to find and activate to complete the quest. They can be both found on Watatsumi Island, in the northern and northeastern parts of it respectively.
The northern Key Sigil is very easy to find. It is located on the small northern island of the archipelago, right on the beach under the cliff. It is protected by two Ruin Defenders and two Ruin Scouts.
The second one is a little bit trickier. The map marker shows it as being in the middle of the ocean, but that is actually an underwater cave. In fact, it’s the same one you have to go for the Heart of Watatsumi quest. To get to the cave entrance, go to the eastern part of the archipelago, as marked on our map above, and glide down the western cliff until you see the cave entrance, then head east. When you reach the marked point through the cave, you will find the Key Sigil, protected by two Fatui Skirmishers and a Mirror Maiden.
After getting both Key Sigils, return to the altars to activate them, and then talk to Tsuyuko. This will grant you access to Enkanomiya, as well as the N-Thousand Leagues Under the Sea Wonders of the World achievement.
