Remarkable Sales of PS4 During Holiday Season 2017, Sold 5.9 Million Units

Sony revealed Holiday 2017 sales of PS4 and to our surprise, the dream run of PS4 continues as 5.9 million units were sold during the all-important Holiday Season 2017.

SIE announced on Jan 8th about their outstanding sales figures for their holiday season and their overall sales till 31st December 2017. And it has been a wonderful for SIE, as the PS4 is one of the best selling consoles of all times.

During the recent holiday season, i.e. holiday season 2017, Sony has sold almost 6 million units worldwide. To be exact 5.9 million PS4s were sold by SIE in the last holiday season only. In total, SIE has sold over 73.6 million units of PS4s worldwide, as of 31st December 2017.

Keeping aside the sales of PS4 units, Sony sold over 55.9 million units of PS4 games during the last holiday season only. Cumulatively, SIE sold over 645 million copies of PS4 games as of 31st December 2017.
