It’s still very early, of course, but creative director has shared he also already submitted the “first story draft” for Spider-Man 2.
Marvel’s Spider-Man was one of the best selling games last year, and one of those critics fell in love with.
From the looks of it, we’ll be getting a sequel very soon, as Insomniac Games has revealed it’s already working on it. It’s still very early, of course, but the creative director has shared he also already submitted the “first story draft” for Spider-Man 2.
On Twitter, Bryan Intihar claimed that “few things are more nerve-wracking than sharing your first story draft to others.”
So there are very few doubts about the status of the project, which has quite unexpectedly already entered an early development stage.
Considering it should take around 2 to 3 years, the game could be releasing for PlayStation 5 rather than still being a current-gen title.
Is it in line with your expectations? Was the original Spider-Man so good to deserve a sequel? Let us know in the comments below.
