League of Legends: Wild Rift closed beta coming to Japan and South Korea on October 8

The pre-registered players will get the invites.

League of Legends: Wild Rift closed beta was initially made available in the Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. On October 3, the beta servers were taken offline for maintenance, with a promise from developers that it will return soon, and more countries and players will be able to access it. Meanwhile, all the closed beta accounts were reset during this break, while the friend list, chat history, custom item load-outs, and other settings/permissions remained untouched.

The latest announcement from the developers states that the in-game servers will be back online on October 8, 2020, at 00:00 UTCand another wave of invites will be sent to add more players from the Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. Other than this, the developers have brought exciting news for the players of South Korea and Japan. 

The closed beta program will be expanded to these countries on October 8, 2020, and the selected registered players will get invites for the same. The invited players can download the game from Google Play Store or Apple Store, and if you haven’t registered yet, you can follow this guide for a step by step explanation. Meanwhile, any Wild Cores spent by the players before the servers went offline will be returned with 20% extra, which is a bonus for everyone.
