During the last few days, Nathan Fillion has filled his social accounts with Uncharted-related teasers, something that led fans to believe that he was about to drop a megaton about the Naughty Dog franchise.

And, after all, it actually was something Uncharted-related, but not exactly what you might’ve anticipated. Indeed, Fillion has revealed a fan film directed by Allan Ungar and starring himself as Nathan Drake, which is now available on YouTube.

The 15-minute long has everything you might expect out of an Uncharted fan movie, and there’s even a chance that this is Fillion striving to have a role in the upcoming official movie with Tom Holland as the young Drake.

“This is something I’ve wanted to do, but more importantly, something I’ve wanted to see for a long time,” he said on his Instagram account. He also thanked Naughty Dog “for creating such a wonderful archetype.”
