New Warface: Breakout season, Cold Sun, coming tomorrow

Warface: Breakout’s newest season, Cold Sun, brings in a new free update for the holidays and a brand new season. The new update for the tactical shooter will be coming out on December 22. This will be the third season of content updates, and in this package will be a new map, skins, scope adjustments, and a new piece type of cosmetic coming into play.

The new map, Outskirts, will take players to the country, pitting them against each other in the cold mountain town. In the update on the PlayStation blog, players will fight against each other and the elements. The weather will potentially impact either a player’s sightline or even deal some damage if they get too cold. This will also be the stage for the Christmas event, featuring festive lights and Christmas themed skins. 

Along with new cosmetics and a map, Warface will be adding a training room so players can get some reps in or try out some of the new scopes before they jump into a match. However, if you prefer to warm up facing actual people, this season will also release a new Team Deathmatch mode.

The update will be free to download for all players.
