The Starlight Celebration 2020 event in Final Fantasy XIV offers players various Christmas-themed rewards. Among them is the Snowman mount. If you want to grab this mount, then you’ll need to run through this year’s Starlight Celebration quests. One particular quest will reward you with the mount itself.
Complete the “Starlit Smiles” quest during the Starlight Celebration 2020 event
After starting the Starlight Celebration event this year, you’ll eventually pick up the Starlit Smiles quest. Completing this quest will reward you with a Snowman Bell item. Using this item will earn you your very own flying Snowman mount. The item itself is untradable and unsellable, so you’ll need to complete this limited-time event for the Snowman. You won’t be able to buy the mount on the market board or receive it as a gift from another player.
The event runs from Monday, December 14, 2020, at 12 AM PT to Thursday, December 31, 2020, at 6:59 AM PT. You won’t be able to complete the quests after the event is over. There’s no guarantee that the same Snowman mount will be available during next year’s Starlight Celebration event. So, make sure to get this done in time, or else you’ll miss out.
